We are seeking an experienced and proactive Network Technician Specialist to join our IMS team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise networking, troubleshooting, and network security, along with hands‑on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex network environments. 

Requirements:

• CCNA certification (Certified or Trained) – Mandatory CCNSP / NSE4 – Preferred
• Experience with Firewall Configuration (Sophos,  Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco etc)
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco routers and switches
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI Model, routing protocols  such as OSPF, BGP, NAT, IPSEC, HSRP
• Experience with wireless routers and access points
• Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade network devices
• Good problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Clear communication skills (email and phone)
• Ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to travel to client location
